Tevir Group are pleased to confirm that the planning application has now been submitted for its proposed new Grade A mixed-use development at its Villiers Square site, Loch Promenade, Douglas.
Following the recent announcement as part of the Isle of Man Government Conference 2023 by Tim Johnston MHK, Tevir Group are pleased to announce plans for the upcoming project on the Villiers Square site on Loch Promenade, Douglas have now been submitted.
The plans include over 80,000 sq. ft of purpose-built Grade A office, retail, and leisure space, an 80-bedroom hotel and a fully landscaped public amenity space. It will provide a much-improved streetscape behind Villiers House and Clarendon House.
Sustainability and energy efficiency will be an integral feature of Villiers Square and the planned development will incorporate the following:
Delivery of a BREEAM “Very Good” rating for the commercial premises and hotel
Notional EPC rating of ‘A’
Inclusion of solar panels
Provision for the charging of electric vehicles
Facilities for tenants to support active travel
