Tevir Group supporting Wallabies Gone Wild
We are delighted to announce our status as a Presenting Partner with our friends at SCS and sponsor of the app for Hospice Isle of Man’s ‘Wallabies Gone Wild’ public art trail....
Tevir Group continue to invest heavily in creating desirable, high quality commercial spaces for Isle of Man-based businesses and we have been delighted with the take-up of floor space in 55 Athol Street, our prestigious Grade A office development in central Douglas.
Around 75% of the floor space has now been taken or leased subject to contract. There are currently only two units left – one up to 7500 sq ft and another of 2500 sq ft. Contact us at admin@tevirgroup.com to arrange a viewing and visit www.55atholstreet.im
Since the completion of 55 Athol Street, we have been focused on completing the extensive refurbishment of the former Royal Bank House on Loch Promenade. This building forms part of the Villiers Square complex, along with Clarendon House and adjoining development plots.
We hope to have some exciting news to announce about Villiers Square in the near future…
Meanwhile, the installation of a large bespoke illustrated map of Douglas at 55 Athol Street provides a very creative reminder of our involvement with Hospice Isle of Man’s ‘Wallabies Gone Wild’ event.
Tevir Group’s involvement included having their own custom-designed wallaby featuring an intricate illustrated map of the Isle of Man created by an artist with local links, Lucie Conoley.
We saw first-hand the painstaking process that Lucie undertook to apply the design on to the wallaby sculpture. Our wallaby was then placed within another of our sites at Villiers Square in central Douglas, as part of a trail of 64 uniquely designed wallabies. It quickly became part of the Tevir Group family! and we were delighted to secure it permanently at Hospice Isle of Man’s wallaby auction last September.
We were so impressed by Lucie’s creative approach and dedication to the wallaby sculpture that we commissioned her to create a beautifully illustrated map of Douglas in the same style. It now graces one of the walls in the mezzanine area at 55 Athol Street with the Tevir Group wallaby for company!
